When I turned 30 I finally started taking my family history of type 2 diabetes and heart disease (both lifestyle-related diseases) seriously. And I knew I had to make some changes.

Struggling to find the time to exercise and justify the cost of a gym membership I never used, I discovered home workouts.

Cutting out refined sugar, processed foods and incorporating exercise into my daily routine helped me lose two stone and finally feel like myself again.

After discovering how nourishing my body with whole foods and moving my body made me feel, my passion grew to wanting to help others.

Everyone is different, so I take a personalised approach to helping YOU create a plan that works for YOU. Whether you’re new to exercise or you’re trying to re-ignite that momentum, I’m here to help.

As a personal trainer and nutrition coach I can tailor a workout programme for you and advise you on healthy nutrition based on your goals.  I am also here to support you and keep you motivated, however you have to do the work to see the results.

I can help keep you accountable, motivated, tailor a workout programme and nutrition plan that works for you and give you the tools you need based on your goals. 

What I can guarantee is that I will work with you, and provide you with full support to reach those goals. But the results are down to you.

Nothing is guaranteed. Making these changes does not mean you will not develop type 2 diabetes or any other lifestyle disease.

No, unless you want to. I can visit you at your home and bring certain equipment with me, or we can train in a local outdoor area or online.

Depending what your health goals are, 12 weeks is the minimum when you are likely to see real results and changes and build lasting healthy habits.
