These Terms of Purchase set out how you (the User) can make purchases from our Site. Please read them carefully. We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all of your rights relating to your purchase. Ahead of making any purchase you will be asked to tick a box on our Site which says “I Accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale”. In ticking that box, you will be accepting the terms set out here.
We are based in the UK and our Terms of Purchase are governed by UK legislation. We cannot offer international shipping and our digital documents can be downloaded worldwide.
It is always our aim that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist.
Purchase Terms for Services
The details of each specific service and the terms of delivery associated with it are described on each page of the website and delivered in accordance with these terms. You should review those terms in detail before purchasing.
Purchase Terms for Classes
We offer a wide range of in person and online fitness classes. Please ensure that you attend/logon to the class at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the class so that any modifications can be discussed and so that you can obtain key information about the class prior to starting.
Anyone attending later than five minutes after the start time will not be permitted entry to the class for their own safety and for the safety of, and to preserve the enjoyment of, other attendees. Fees for classes when there is late attendance will be forfeited.
Before taking part in any of our classes you must ensure that you wear suitable clothing including footwear, clothing, a towel and water, have a safe environment to exercise in (if taking part online) with a space clear of any hazards, and you are free from injury and in good health. If you are new to exercise or you are recently returning from injury, illness or pregnancy, you must speak to a health professional prior to starting any fitness class.
If you have any health concerns, injuries or longstanding medical conditions you must notify the instructor at the beginning of the class and follow the modifications advised throughout the class.
If at any point during the class you feel unwell or light-headed you must stop exercising immediately and request assistance You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from taking, any action on the basis of the content on our Site.
You must not rely on the information on our Site as an alternative to medical advice from your doctor or other professional healthcare provider. If you have any specific questions about a medical matter you should consult your GP or other relevant health professional. If you believe you may be suffering from a medical condition you should seek immediate medical attention. You should never delay in seeking medical advice because of information on our website or social media channels.
You should contact your GP for further information prior to beginning any new workout regime. If you experience chest pain, dizziness, or any pain or issues at any point whilst exercising you should stop immediately and seek urgent medical assistance.
Purchase Terms for Customised Products
If you would like to purchase one of our customised products you will be able to do so by booking a consultation call. Once you have purchased, you will receive a customised fitness plan which outlines the products to be used and which is tailored to your needs and desired outcomes. The customised plan will be sent to you via email to the email address which you registered to make the purchase and will be sent in Portable Document Format (‘PDF’) and Video format.
The Online Coaching will provide a tailored on demand fitness plan and offer 1:1 coaching sessions. The Online Coaching does not come with any additional bespoke or continuing support. If you would like ongoing 1:1 advice please enquire about our 1:1 services.
As the Online Coaching is customised, once you have made your purchase you will not be entitled to a refund if you change your mind. Your other statutory rights to a refund remain available.
