Energy balls are my favourite afternoon snack when I need a quick energy boost. Superfood energy balls make an easy grab-and-go snack that you can carry around with you. And they are really easy to make.
I love using YourSuper mixes to create superfood snacks as it’s an extra way to include superfoods into your diet.
Here is my recipe for Energy bomb energy balls;
Superfood energy balls ingredients
- 80g pitted Medjool dates
- 70g goji berries
- 50g almonds
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 3 tsp energy bomb
How to make
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined
- Take a tablespoon size and roll into balls
- Pop in the freezer for an hour to set and then store in the fridge
Unless they’re all eaten, these tend to last around two weeks stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
