What’s better than chocolate and peanut butter together? And for breakfast?! This chocolate peanut butter overnight oats is a great healthy breakfast to take to the office or for on the go. You can store it in an airtight container or mason jar to pop in your bag.

Make it the night before so you can grab and go in the morning. This makes 2-3 small portions.

Chocolate peanut butter overnight oats ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 100g natural or greek yogurt
  • 120ml plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tbsp peanut butter
  • 1tbsp cacao powder

How to make

  1. Mix all ingredients together and dish out between your containers
  2. Pop in the fridge overnight. Ready to grab and go in the morning

Do you enjoy overnight oats? What’s your favourite flavour?
