I've always believed in finding a balance

With a family history of type 2 diabetes and heart disease - both lifestyle related diseases, I knew I had to make some changes.



I took back control of my health
But I was scared those changes would mean restriction & a strict routine

My passion for creating a healthier lifestyle grew to not only helping myself, but sharing what I've learned with others.

Morning Habits:

Working up a sweat in body combat or relaxing with a good book.

I love:

Looking after my gut health first. With regular movement and nutritious food.

I BELIEVE IN:

Movement has always been a part of my life.

When I was younger you'd always find me dancing, at my local athletics club, or playing some kind of sport.

Then life took over until exercise wasn't a priority anymore and my diet was whatever was quick and easy.

When I turned 30 I started to take my family history of type 2 diabetes and heart disease seriously. I gradually got myself back into exercise and created a regular routine, lost two stone, and found my love of fitness again.

In the process of doing this I also discovered how exercise and nourishing my body with real food made me feel good.




I finally felt truly happy

Taking everything I learned, I knew I wanted to help other. So I trained as a personal trainer and health coach.

Move regularly and eat healthily without restriction

Type 2 diabetes and heart disease are lifestyle related diseases, and incorporating exercise and healthy eating into your life can help reduce the risks of developing these types of diseases.

Health doesn't have a weight, size or body shape. We're all different, and what works for one person won't necessarily work for you.

That's why I take a personalised approach by helping you find exercise that you enjoy and healthy eating habits that fit into your life.

Standing at 5ft 1", fitness comes in all shapes and sizes.

It breaks my heart to see people forcing themselves to do workouts they hate and restricting their favourite foods because they want to lose weight. While feeling miserable in the process.

My true passion in life is helping you to start enjoying exercise, however that may look for you. And discovering how delicious real food is!

Life is all about ups and downs and I'm here to help you ride the wave creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle for YOU.
