You might not think of nutrition as being part of personal training, but it is. In fact, nutrition is a priority in your whole healthy lifestyle journey. After all, you can’t outrun a bad diet! As a personal trainer and a health coach, I provide advice about what foods to eat and how much to eat. Second, I offer tips on how to prepare healthy meals. Third, I can teach you how to read food labels so you can make informed decisions about what to buy at the grocery store, and last but not least I can show you how to cook nutritious meals. 

 

Hiring an online personal trainer can seem like an expensive investment, but how many diets, gym memberships, or other fad health promises have you spent money on and just not gotten the results? Or worse, you hit your goal but it was unsustainable and when you went back to “normal” everything you’d done went out the window.
